After everything has been designed, a customer will be able to recommend changes and all to be customized by the designer, when the Site is submitted then it’s a property of the client.

Web Designing & Development: Terms & Conditions.
1. Quotation is valid for 30 days from quotation date; Web Designing time 2 working days. Web Development time is 5 Working Days.
2. Payment terms: Deposit equal to 60% of the total quotation cost payable on placement of the order and the balance should be settled on completion of the project.
3. The client needs to submit a list of mistakes & changes in writing within seven days; GMK Internet Cafe will solve the Mistakes within 2 working days.
4. The order will be made up in accordance with the design and choice accepted by the customer. Once the site has been submitted to the Client, it is now the property of the Client and any changes made afterwards will be on the account of the customer.
5. A quotation will remain a quotation until the official contract is signed and in possession of GMK Internet Cafe.
6. All technical services, updates & maintenance (if necessary) are done from 6am to 10pm daily.
7. Bank details: FNB -The Boulders Branch, Account number - 6234 4372 553. Account Type: Savings. Branch Code: 250655. Proof of deposit must be emailed to GMK Internet Cafe before work will be started.
8. Every Website Design & Development from GMK Internet Cafe remain the property of GMK Internet Cafe until full payment has been received.
9. If the Client decides to cancel the project after it has already started, the client should pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the full Quotation.
