LIABILITIES

All vehicles have comprehensive passenger liability insurance. No baggage insurance is provided.

DRIVERS:
All drivers are fully trained and experienced.

TOUR GUIDES:
Registered guides including foreign language guides can be provided at an extra cost.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE:
All coaches used are fully serviced and maintained according to South African road safety rules and regulations. 

QUOTATIONS:
Rates are nett and subject to any fuel increase which may occur until deposit is received.

DEPOSITS:
A deposit of 50% of the total quotation is required to confirm the booking.

PAYMENTS:
Balance of payments is required in full 14 days prior to commencement of services.

CANCELLATIONS:
Coaches chartered at peak periods are subject to 25% cancellation fees if canceled within one month of service. Full rate is levied if canceled within one week.

BAGGAGE:
30kg free baggage allowance per passenger (one suitcase), and one piece of hand luggage is allowed per passenger.

FOOD AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
On board consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited

South Africa has large variations in climate. While Cape Town and the surrounding Western Cape have a Mediterranean climate, the Garden Routehas year round rainfall, The inland Karoo is largely arid while the East Coast is hot and humid. The Northern Escarpment attracts summer thunderstorms.

All Visitors need a valid passport and proof of return booking. It is advisable to check with South African embassies for Visa requirements. Transit and multi-entry visas are advised for visitors intending to visit neighboring countries
